Yes, you must apply when you fill out the application form. If your application is accepted, you will be eligible to receive a scholarship of at least €100 and up to 450€.

Yes, they must be accompanied by a responsible parent or legal guardian. If not, the signature of one or the other is required and a statement releasing the Saline royale Academy from all responsibility must be provided upon final registration of the student.

Each student will have at least 5 classes during the week, including at least one recorded lesson. You will be able to attend classes of other students in the academy.

Yes, between 9 am and 9 pm, respecting the quietness and the schedules of the other students. In addition, practice rooms are available between 7:30 am to 11 pm every day.

French law prohibits the photocopying of music scores. Please take precautions by bringing your scores and piano accompaniment material.

Students are supposed to arrive at the Saline royale of Arc-et-Senans on Sunday before 6:30pm (Sunday lunch is not provided) and to leave the academy on the next Sunday in the morning.

You will be able to fill in an information form that will be sent to you after your registration has been accepted. Our catering team will do everything possible to respect your dietary preferences.

The Arc-et-Senans train station which connects with Dole and Besançon Viotte stations, is located 200 meters away from the Saline Royale. If necessary, we will organize shuttles from Besançon Viotte station.

The recorded lessons are published on the Saline royale Academy platform several months after the academy: they need post-production, subtitles, and we follow a strict calendar to make sure we alternate publications between instruments. When your videos are online, we create a free access for you to watch them. Learn more about the Saline royale Academy platform.

The Saline royale video offer is evolving! From now on, videos are available for individual rental for a period of 10 days. This is a commitment-free offer: you pay individually, only once, for the video you wish to watch. Masterclass videos are available at the price displayed on the site, while concerts and interview videos with our professors are free to access—you simply need to log in to enjoy full access.

If you still had an active subscription and did not receive your new access code, please contact our customer service using the contact form.

You can rent and watch our masterclass videos directly on our website. To do so, go to the “Replay” page and use the search tool to explore our entire catalog, filtering by instrument, professor, composer, or work.

You can add one or several videos to your cart and follow the steps for online payment. Once the payment is completed, your rented videos will be available in your account under the section “Available Videos.” Enjoy watching!

If you just made the payment, please wait a few minutes until you receive the payment confirmation by email. If your video(s) still do not appear after receiving the confirmation, log out, log back in, and check your account under “Available Videos.”
