Instruments:
A former student at the Paris Conservatoire, Isabelle Duha won 1st Prizes in Harmony, Counterpoint and Fugue, as well as a 1st Medal in Specialized Solfeggio.
Isabelle Duha holds a CA in composition, and since 1976 has taught composition and keyboard harmonization at the ENM in Issy-les-Moulineaux.
From 1993 to 1998, she also taught in the Pedagogy Department of the CNSMDP, where she has been Professor of Keyboard Harmonization (Department of Theoretical Disciplines) and Harmony (Department of Advanced Training in Sound Professions) since 1993.
She is also a lecturer at the École Normale Supérieure de Paris (Rue d’Ulm) and teaches during the summer at the American School of Art in Fontainebleau.
Isabelle Duha is the author of a pedagogical work (L’Harmonie en liberté, Éditions Billaudot).
As a pianist, she performs in chamber music concerts.
